Growth Marketer
Jippi is the world's first Pokémon GO-inspired Bitcoin rewards game. Create or join a tribe and battle for dominance over a city with your friends by catching a Bitcoin beast in all 21 territories. Our mission is to onboard the next generation of bitcoiners through gamification.
With 12 trillion of projected purchasing power by 2030, Gen Z is expected to become the largest generation in history. We see this capital as future Bitcoin purchases to unlock. 90% of Gen Z play some type of game and 70% of Gen Z expect to earn rewards while playing games. The next generation of bitcoiners will only learn about Bitcoin through gamification. They have an average attention span of 8 seconds, so will not consume books/podcasts/long videos on Bitcoin.
We’re looking for a Growth Marketer to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive significant user growth at Jippi. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our marketing channels, including paid search, social media, and offline events. You will work closely with our CEO Oliver to define and execute multiple marketing campaigns to grow our user base and brand presence within the bitcoin ecosystem.
Your Role
As a Growth Marketer, you will be an indispensable addition to the team. You will join as the first marketing hire at Jippi with a significant scope for massive impact. You will take full ownership of the marketing direction at Jippi and lead our marketing efforts to help us grow to our first 1,000 users and beyond. This position requires a scrappy “get your hands dirty” mindset, a flair for creativity, an analytical brain, and a proven track record in driving successful digital marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the performance of digital marketing channels across TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram.
- Develop innovative digital growth strategies into highly performant user acquisition channels.
- Ideate exciting viral opportunities for Jippi to break through to the Gen Z demographic.
- Forecast, measure, and analyze digital campaign performance across the funnel.
- Guide paid efforts across all channels, balancing growth and ad spend.
What We’re Looking For:

Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in user acquisition and growth marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, Retargeting, Affiliate, CRO, and SEO.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and other similar data driven marketing techniques.
- Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Up-to-date knowledge of mobile performance marketing, trends, and best practices.
