CleanSpark is seeking a highly motivated Financial Planning and Analysis Manager (FP&A) for our Henderson, Nevada headquarters. This position is responsible for the timely and accurate reporting and analysis of all financial results and forecasts for the Company. The Manager of FP&A liaises with all levels within the organization to collect revenue and expense metrics as well as department-level KPIs critical to our business and enables the budgeting and forecasting processes for the Company. This position will also work closely with the Company’s Chief Financial Officer in maintaining and updating the enterprise model, as well as working on M&A and capital market transactions.
-Maintain, update and modify Company’s enterprise model which will be used for internal and external use
-Participate in due diligence and analysis of mergers & acquisitions, debt financings and capital raises
-Spearhead projects including, but not limited to system implementations and/or enhancements
-Own and manage the monthly, quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting processes
-Prepare regular management reports comparing actual results to budget and rolling forecast
-Gather and interpret data related to the Company's performance against KPIs, distilling/synthesizing key trends, assessing current and future business risk, and communicating key messages to the executive team
-Provide analysis and recommended actions for optimization
-Partner with department owners to provide operational analysis, reporting, and improvements to operating expense efficiency and forecasting
-Increase productivity by developing automated reporting/forecasting tools that will integrate with the financial and operational tools used by the Company
-Guide cost analysis process by helping to establish and enforce policies and procedures based on financial controls
-Prepare ad-hoc reporting and analysis for various short-term and long-term capital projects
-BA or BS degree required in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
-4-7 years of related experience in accounting and/or reporting, preferably in both public and private sectors
-Deep desire to drive improvement
-Ability to work independently and prioritize workload
-Highly organized and can easily manage cross-functional projects
-Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
-Strong fluency with Excel formulas and functions
