About the job

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Technical Purchasing & Supplier Quality Manager to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for building, developing and managing a supplier program for sourcing, manufacturing, packaging and other operational processes, as well as ensuring that quality programs are in compliance with regulatory requirements.


Supplier development

  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers (1. suppliers and EMS Worldwide & 2. Contrat Manufacturers in France for final assembly)
  • Manage the buying process for a given set of goods in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets
  • Define and apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets.
  • Develop and maintain a strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant purchasing and sourcing concepts.

Technical purchasing

  • Manage problems and schedule changes and ensure changes are reflected within the ERP systems
  • Balance both tactical executions with strategic initiatives necessary to drive cost reduction projects.
  • Negotiate contracts, improved prices and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilising negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods
  • Collaborate with engineering team to build cost models and incorporate costdowns

Strategic analysis

  • Monitor market trend and build buying models to optimize buying times

Supplier Quality Assurance

  • Drive supplier quality performance, including new product development and product quality improvement
  • Ensure the supplier meets all regulatory and company requirements
  • Perform quality system audits, maintain supplier quality records


  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in a similar role
