Inside Sales Agent

We are currently seeking an Inside Sales Agent who will be an integral member of the 1Bitcoin.ca team, contributing to a growth and innovation mindset.
Reporting to the CEO, the Inside Sales Agent will be the first point of contact for all business opportunities. They will drive the expansion of our network through thoughtful and analytical prospecting and lead generation. A demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas and influence outcomes through a consultative relationship will create success. This position requires communicating directly with leads via cold calls, emails, or networking.
The Inside Sales Agent for 1Bitcoin.ca will be responsible for and evaluated on the following:
- Conducting outreach to potential clients via phone and email
- Educating potential clients about Bitcoin and the various services offered on our platform
- Identifying target clients through analysis and critical thinking
- Identifying trends and opportunities within our market
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities
- Strategy sessions with the CEO to ensure clear focus and milestones
Top candidates for the Inside Sales Agent role will have the following:
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to a wide variety of audiences at differing levels of technical sophistication
- Proven track record of managing diverse relationships
- Highly self-motivated and able to work effectively in a team and/or individual setting
- Have the ability to multitask, prioritize and take initiative
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Goal oriented with a history of meeting and exceeding expectations
- Demonstrates the ability to learn quickly
- Demonstrates the ability to influence decisions in others
- Excellent computer and technical skills
Nice to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Real Estate or related field
- 1+ years of experience in business development or an outbound call center
- 1+ years experience in crypto business development
- Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency
- Experience with Salesforce, CRM agent locator, Slack, and Google Workplace
- Experience working in a start-up environment
- Experience running a structured sales process at a growing technology company
- Eagerness to grow and take on other responsibilities for our team
This role is eligible for:
