About: Caliber is the first Bitcoin standard of value company. Our primary product is a software tool that allows companies to offer their employees salaries that are partly denominated in bitcoin or stocks. Position: We are primarily looking for someone well-connected to a large number of founders of 100+ employee companies in the tech industry that can interface with a larger number of these people without cold outreach.

Additionally, we are interested in people that would be interested in leading sales in sector-specific areas outside of tech. Municipalities and states are a focus area we would want someone dedicated to. Another focus area would be large employers with many lower income workers (e.g. UPS, Home Depot, Krogers, etc), which would not be so much about attracting the best talent, but improving operational efficiency since service jobs also have high churn.

Feel free to suggest other sectors you are connected to that you think you could sell into (our revenue, and your commission, are proportional to the total payroll of customers). We just expect venture backed tech companies will be the easiest to sell into initially.

We are currently only able to serve US-based companies/employees.

Requirements: Must have a good understanding of Bitcoin. Must be based.

Compensation: Negotiable. No base initially, but asymmetric upside on commissions. As market makers, we are able to capture unusually high value per employee compared to any other SaaS product. Nothing else compares. Part time since anything else is likely to outpace the capacity of our current infrastructure in the short term, but that could change quickly.
