The Strike team is looking for experienced data analysts to come to join our rapidly expanding team. The person joining us must have a strong ability to find solutions for complex problems. The ideal candidate should demonstrate the ability to not only create data dashboards but also derive insights from data, as well as define and lead plans to resolve complex and intricate issues.
- Finds solutions for complex problems using data from internal and external sources
- Drives actionable insights to various stakeholders to aid strategic decisions for improvements across products and operations
- Embraces an experimental culture by leveraging and serving as a proponent of testing
- Identifies product and operational weaknesses and helps innovate new processes to promote lean systems
- Supports decision making through the development and implementation of analytical frameworks
- Demonstrates the ability to create datasets and reports using reporting tooling and databases
- 2+ years top tier analyst or consulting experience in analytics or business intelligence
- Hands-on experience with one or more language(s) for analysis (e.g., SQL, Python, R)
- Skilled storyteller with ability to present analysis to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience working fast and without continual guidance
- Familiarity with experimental design
- Rapid growth analytics experience
- Experience with Cluvio, GCP, Big Query
- Creative thinking blended with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- .Net Core experience
