Our Bitcoin events serve as the de facto gathering place to connect, collaborate, educate, and celebrate the powerful world Bitcoin enables. Serving our community through these conferences while bridging the mainstream to the Bitcoin culture is critical to our mission of Hyperbitcoinization. As the global leader in Bitcoin conferences, we serve many stakeholders across the broad Bitcoin and finance community. We are seeking passionate Customer Service representatives to support our Whale Concierges who run our white glove concierge team focusing solely on serving our VIP clientele.

As a Whale Support representative, your primary focus will be serving our Whale Package clients and improving their experience. Through customer support and event management services, you will be responsible for ensuring client success and a positive experience. You will be available at all times leading up to the event and willing to adapt to their needs in various ways and even uncover needs not yet known. Success will depend on building and fostering these relationships while identifying opportunities for our clients.

The ideal candidate for this role will be a passionate Bitcoiner who brings high energy to our team. You’ll love working with people and customers to not only solve problems once they arise but uncover future problems and resolve them before they happen. You’ll have a deep appreciation for experiences and delivering the best ones possible.  

What You Will Be Doing

  • Research various opportunities and needs for local Miami businesses
  • Manage and respond to customer support style inquires from our Whales clients (Zendesk)
  • Help organize, interact, and work with our guest list (Airtable)
  • Monitor Whale ticket purchases in real-time to ensure information lands in the appropriate queues and campaigns
  • Provide customer support with all issues related to ticketing (Tixr)
  • You will assist in running point before and during the event answering a queue of questions via email, telegram, and in person.
  • Working in a fast-paced environment while providing a high quality of customer service. 
  • Serving our Whale clients’ various needs by deeply understanding our products and services
  • Serve as an on-site concierge service representative, available for all Whale-related inquiries at the conference April 6th - 9th
  • Building rapport with our Whale clients to uncover any needs and solutions before they arise

What You Will Bring To The Team

  • High energy and a passion for Customer Service and improving experiences
  • The ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot as needed 
  • 3-5 years of Customer Service experience (VIP Clientele is a plus)
  • Exceptional ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
  • The technical skills required as they relate to the CRMs and Tools we use
  • The ability to meet deadlines establish milestones and keep all team members on the same page
  • A passion for Bitcoin and our mission towards Hyperbitcoinization
  • Experience in the Bitcoin, Events or Sales industry is a plus
