About: WageVest is bringing about the first inflation-resistant salary platform. WageVest enables salaries to contractually, dynamically shift to denomination in harder assets than dollars. It's not "pay me in bitcoin", it's pay me the value of a fixed amount of bitcoin for the next year, no matter what the price does (for a portion of my salary). We enable companies to provide that to their employees (stocks are used as the trojan horse). We are building a plug-n-play system that builds on top of a company's existing banking and payroll service so onboarding is seamless.
Requirements: We have built out the MVP of our backend and a barebones UI. We need to refine the UI to the point where we can start onboarding paying pilot customers. We need a UI built that handles all edge cases. The app has user registrations, an admin panel for the employer with basic analytics, and a trading interface for employees. Should be possible to do full time in within 2 weeks.

Preferred: Ability to read pseudocode and intuit SRS from pseudocode rather than needing all elements explicitly defined for you.

- Desktop mockups ( app and landing page )
- Tablet mockups ( this can only be for pages we need to be responsive )
- Mobile mockups ( this can only be for pages we need responsive )
- Email designs ( these are optional and can be left till the end )
- Prototype ( this can be optional as well )
Other: If you are also able to support basic branding, support UX, graphic design on documentation and decks, and possibly PM feature iteration/additions with developers, that could also be useful. Could transition to a smaller number of hours on an ongoing basis as required.
Maximalists preferred. Must have a good understanding of the thinking behind the product.
Can pay in USD (ACH or wire) or bitcoin.
