As we grow, we’re building a global network of Regional Jurisdiction Managers to oversee specific geographic regions based on language proficiency and cultural knowledge. These multilingual generalists will handle marketing, community engagement, and partnerships to help Citadel Jump expand its presence in Plan B markets across the world.

We are seeking Regional Jurisdiction Managers to cover the following regions:

• North America
• Central America
• South America
• Europe
• Africa
• Middle East
• Asia
• Oceania & Pacific Islands

Key Responsibilities:

• Regional Oversight: Manage Citadel Jump’s growth and engagement in your assigned region, ensuring culturally relevant outreach and property listings.
• Community Building: Establish and grow local communities of buyers, sellers, and professionals in freedom-oriented jurisdictions.
• Content Creation: Develop localized content (blogs, social media, newsletters) in the region’s primary languages to promote properties and residency programs.
• Professional Outreach: Identify, onboard, and support local real estate agents, lawyers, tax advisors, and citizenship experts in the region.
• Event Coordination: Organize virtual and in-person events to engage users and partners in the region.
• Market Insights: Provide real-time feedback on regional trends, geopolitical developments, and regulatory changes that impact the real estate market.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in one or more languages other than English.
• Languages of interest include:
• Spanish
• Portuguese

• Italian
• Russian
• Arabic
• Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese)
• Japanese
• Korean
• Hindi
• Turkish
• Strong cultural awareness and understanding of the local real estate landscape in your assigned region.
• Experience in community building, marketing, or partnership development.
• Familiarity with Bitcoin, decentralized finance (DeFi), and freedom-focused jurisdictions is a strong plus.
• Self-starter with excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently across time zones.
