We are building healthcare products and protocols leveraging sovereignty technologies
---
Well-organized healthcare data can enable even first-met doctors to provide personalized services like a primary care provider and reduce the cost and time of repeating tests already taken. It can also accelerate new drug development for rare and intractable diseases.
For that, we need an open protocol for patients to store and share their data with complete control securely. However, this isn't easy to be realized if we rely on a few centralized and closed platforms. Because they have less motivation for interoperability, instead prefer to build a proprietary protocol for their influence.
This situation can be changed if patients own their data and database.
Healthcare professionals and businesses will strive to obtain permission to use data from patients, in other words, to maintain access to the data. And they will be willing to build and use interoperable and open protocols because that would be the better strategy to keep more patients and other stakeholders engaged. We call this future situation as Sovereign Healthcare.
We are building products and protocols to realize this using sovereignty technologies such as Bitcoin, Lightning Network, and P2P protocols.
