Customer Support (and maybe social media if you're good)
Sorry for the brevity, but we're building stuff.
We are The Bitcoin Company and we're building a Bitcoin neobank / superapp. Right now we have a bitcoin rewards app that allows you to buy Visa cards (internationally) and gift cards (in the US) and earn bitcoin rewards on everything.
We have a small, amazing team, are moving very fast, and plan to launch multiple other rewards features like card linked offers and by the end of the year a bitcoin exchange and banking services.

We've started with a mobile application that offers gift cards and Visa cards purchasable with bitcoin and offer rewards for making gift card or Visa card purchases.
We need assistance with customer support via Intercom, adhoc email and telegram chats, and ideally also over social media platforms.
Must be:
- Bitcoiner
- Knowledgeable
- Well Spoken
- Available
- Familiar with Lightning and our App
- Willing and able to grow and assist in other areas of the company when customer support demand is lower
- Ideally experience with customer support aggregation tools like Intercom
Honestly, you should already know us and what we're doing, who we are, and what we've built. We're a very small team, but have been getting major adoption and are moving towards a full stack banking and bitcoin exchange tool, so there's tons of opportunity to be a top 10 employee at a growing bitcoin-only startup.

You should be willing to join on a 3 month trial period, be open to other responsibilities as you grow. Ideally you're in Austin, but TBH, we don't care. You've just gotta be available.
