The Role

As NOAH’s Talent Partner, you will be focused on building and implementing a robust sourcing strategy via research and tactical sourcing. You will support the rapid growth of our Engineer, Product, and Business teams. This is a hybrid sourcing and people operations position that will be responsible for the development of a top of funnel recruiting strategy that focuses on both short term hiring, such as research and sourcing for open positions, as well as building a long term hiring program that involves nurturing talent from research, market mapping, networking, events, and/or referrals. You will help us attract, engage and develop exceptional individuals (whilst retaining our core culture and values) that will be absolutely paramount to Noah’s success.


  • Align with the management team to understand the details of priority positions that need top of funnel support and the overall hiring needs of the business
  • Identify and clearly articulate the qualifications, strengths, and opportunities of candidates to hiring managers
  • Leverage a variety of passive sourcing methods, techniques, and technologies to build a diverse slate of candidates and long term pipelines
  • Create and discover new and innovative channels to attract quality candidates: from headhunting to networking tools, to acting as Noah’s brand ambassador at events
  • Manage every step of the recruitment process to ensure that all candidates have a great experience when they interview at Noah
  • Conduct in-depth phone interviews and assess potential candidates for the level of interest, qualifications, compensation and convert hard to find passive talent through an understanding of the business and employee value proposition
  • Identify and clearly articulate the qualifications, strengths, and opportunities of candidates to hiring managers
  • Nurture Community Development: Build and implement a robust nurture pipeline of candidates across a diverse set of functional areas via networking, research, referrals, events, and creating target lists of companies and individuals for active and future openings
  • Collect and frame-up external talent market data to enable partners to inform and influence decisions

About you

  • 3+ years of work experience in sourcing or full-cycle recruiting position with an emphasis on research and/or passive sourcing
  • Experience developing and executing a fully comprehensive sourcing strategy with a focus on specific functional areas and/or I&D
  • Experience program managing recruiting initiatives
  • Knowledge of sourcing techniques, inclusive of boolean, data mining, professional networking, passive candidate prospecting, and innovative social media sourcing strategies
  • Demonstrated experience speaking with and assessing candidates’ skills and qualifications
  • You will be conscientious, caring about our customers, our technology, our culture of performance, and of course, our mission
  • Thrive in autonomous, ambiguous roles
  • Strong attention to detail
  • You will be industrious. There will be times when we will have to go the extra mile, work late or over the weekend, but it's not just a matter of working hard, it's about being productive
  • Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of effective strategic planning, timely execution, and delivering results against company goals
  • Excellent language, copywriting and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on, data-driven, accountable and highly motivated, with a team-player attitude
  • Ideally, a self-starting individual with initiative, motivated by the team's success, sense of fun, and good-humored under pressure.
  • In-depth knowledge of crypto is strongly preferred, passion for Bitcoin is a must
  • Ultimately you are going to be an owner in this business, someone we can count on.


Base salary depending on experience + strong competitive bonus + equity.
