The Role
Swan is looking to hire a direct sales candidate for 1-on-1 HNWIs interested in purchasing Bitcoin.
The ideal candidate would be a master of lead gen and able to generate sales from their own network or utilize company resources and support to generate sales from new networks.
The primary goal for this role, and what will get you hired is your ability to generate and close qualified leads (higher networth Bitcoin buyers).
The ideal candidate should be able to give 5-star white-glove service so each client can't tell the difference between using Swan and going to the Ritz Carlton
They should have deep knowledge of Bitcoin, trained client handles, and be able to think effectively on their feet.
