Bitrefill is currently the world's number one place where people spend their coins. Every day, thousands of people worldwide use our services to buy gift cards, pay their bills or purchase mobile refills. Our mission is to build a circular crypto economy, a world where using your bitcoins to send money around is as common as using Zoom for video calls. 

We have come a long way already and built a solid reputation as innovators in the user experience of bitcoin and crypto payments, day-to-day usage of cryptocurrency, and tech such as Lightning Network. We are a profitable founder-controlled company working laser-focused on our vision of making the crypto dream a reality today, making it possible for people to cut the cord to their old bank and live on crypto. As our growth story continues, we are now looking for a Product Manager Growth to join our team full time. 

The role:

  • Responsible for daily operations of our site together with your colleagues within the product team
  • Lead SEO strategy and implementation, and work with cross-functional teams to execute on it
  • Analyze site performance and consumer behavior to drive improvements as well as growth
  • Consistently conceptualize, implement, and measure A/B tests focused on driving improvements to our product
  • Landing page design and optimization 
  • Conversion funnel optimization
  • Retention/Repeat purchase optimization
  • Support the business by reporting on existing KPIs and identifying future growth opportunities via data insights and analyses
  • Analyze surrounding markets to influence product strategies
  • Lead the entire acquisition engine from lead generation through to retention
  • Manage and prioritize the growth-oriented product roadmap and backlog
  • Get deep down into our data to learn about where we can optimize, adjust, change, or build out to support the growth of our product
  • Referral/Affiliate program management

We are looking for a person who has/is:

  • High capability in running an E-commerce operation, including site analytics and A/B testing
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to piece together an understanding based on complex data
  • Minimum 2-3 years relevant work experience within E-commerce or growth marketing
  • A strong drive and motivation to achieve results and hit sales targets
  • Ability to define strategy and identify and execute key activities consistent with the strategy
  • Structured and analytical with good planning capability
  • You have a technical background and are comfortable with reading code 
  • You are a natural problem solver and analyst, who can identify risk and suggest strategies for alleviating it
  • Excellent communication skills. Fluent skills in English, speaking as well as writing

It is a plus if you also have: 

  • Bitcoin experience is not a hard requirement - we’ll teach you what you need to know, but definitely, a plus if you have some passion for the movement and at least practical experience as a user of services in the space
